fast food

Junk food these days is considered unhealthy but is there a difference between the meals and what is good and bad for us?
Junk food is fast food which has a lot of fat and it's considered unhealthy. McDonald's and Domino's pizza are labeled as junk food and the two most popular chicken restaurants are Nando's and KFC. Many people think that pizza is a healthy meal but in reality pizza is junk food except Italian pizza while KFC and Nando's are considered to have the highest fat contents. Most junk food are popular because they are trendy and fashionable.

Overall, junk food has different kinds of contents such as, nutrition, carbohydrates, fats .By exercise you can change your meal from unhealthy to healthy food. I prefer to eat in the house rather than a restaurant because I think that all junk food is unhealthy and I don’t like it.

Main Idea:
1) People these days do not know the reality of junk food and its nutrition.
2) You can make your food and cook it in a unhealthy to healthy meal.

my opinion :

I like junk food article because it showed me how to cook in right way and change your meal from unhealthy to healthy.
